ORDINANCE NO. 3429
Ali ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF
FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has received
certain unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1980 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such unanticipated revenue into the below
mentioned fundsto provide for distribution of funds to the
appropriate budget and such appropriation and transfer
being necessary and in the public interest and for the public
benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriations and
transfers :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof

NOTES:
1) Request for Contingency Fund was $50,000 however, Permit Clerk for Building
Division was funded from Current Fund Excess Revenue (Ord. 3411, 3/24/80)
rather than from Contingency Fund uncommitted funds in Mayor's request.
$11,163 was deducted from Contingency Fund appropriation from Current Fund
Excess Revenue to offset Permit Clerk appropriation already accomplished
and to stay within the Current Fund Excess Revenue available this date.
