HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 3451 o i CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 3451 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON , PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has received certain excess . r.evenues in..-excess. of estimated revenues for. the calendar year 1980, and WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and . transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund for purposes specified in Ordinances Nos . 3155 and 3137 and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION I : . The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
