"CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RBNTON"
RELATING TO MEMBERSHIP ON BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RE ""iTON , WASHINGTON , DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 : Existing Section 2-601 of Chapter 6 , Title
II (Commissions and Boards) of Ordinance No . 1628 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended to read
as follows :
Section 2-601 , as amended: CREATION : There is hereby
created and established a Board of Public Works . Said Board shall
consist in its membership of the following officials:
1 . Director of Public Works
2 . Director of Parks and Recreation
3 . Director of Planning
4 . Fire Chief
5 . Traffic Engineer .
6 . Building Official
Officials of other City Departments may participate in the proceedings
of said Board as ex-officio , non-votinEg members .

SECTION 11 This ordinance` shall be effective upon its }`
passage, approval and five days after publication . 1
