ORDINANCE NO. 3485
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 4-2810 of CHAPTER
28 , TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE
NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON',' RELATING TO
DESIGNATION OF RESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL AND CHANGING TIIE
MAKE UP OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PENTON , WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing, subsection (A) of Section 4-2.810 of
Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Penton, Washington"
is hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 4-2810 _(A) , as amended : For those proposals for
which the City is the lead agency, the responsible official
shall bethe Environmental Review Committee (ERC) . The
Environmental Review Committee shall consist of three officials
designated by the Mayor with concurrence by the City Council ,
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
