AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 1-801 OF TITLE I (ADMINISTRATIVE)
OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON"' RELATING TO
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Section 1-801 12 of Title I (Administrative)
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Renton" is hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 1-801 12. , as amended: The day before Christmas
shall be a holiday for one-half (1/2) the City employees and the day
following Christmas shall be a holiday for the other one-half (.1/2)
of City employees ; provided that during the year 19.80 all City
employees shall receive their Christmas holiday on December 26 , 19.80 .
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and legal publication..
