ORDINANCE NO. 3496
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON ,
ESTABLISHING A NEW FUND TO BE KNOWN AS "MUNICIPAL
FACILITIES FUND NO. 316 " AND INCORPORATING THEREIN
THE FUND FORMERLY KNOWN AS "CITY SHOP RELOCATION FUND
NO . 316"
WHEREAS the City Council by Ordinance passed April 28 ,
1980 , Ordinance No. 3427 , did establish the ''City Shop .Relocation
Fund No. 316" , and
14HEREAS it is necessary and advisable to expand and
rename that fund to the "Municipal Facilities Fund No. 3161
and
WHEREAS funds have been appropriated in the City of Renton
1980 budget for the Municipal Facilities Fund, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to establish
said"Municipal Facilities Fund" , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to establish a fund known as "Municipal Facilities
Fund" , fund number designation No . 316
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage , approval and five days after its publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 22nd day of December, 1980.
