ORDINANCE NO. 3521
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON.. WASHINGTON
AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 4-710 OF TITLE
IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO', 1628 .
ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF RENTON'' RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : Existing subsection J of Section 4-710.
of Title IV (.Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended
as follows :
Section 4-710 J . Conditional Uses : The following
uses may be allowed in the P-1 District subject to review and approval
of a Conditional Use Permit by the Hearing Examiner.
1. Quasi--public institutions , non-commercial playgrounds
and golf courses , non-public schools and colleges .
2. Facilities to service and store airplanes , facilities
to service airport patrons , and facilities ordinarily
incidental and essential to the operation of an
airport , including, but not limited to, . aircr.aft
and aircraft parts manufacture and accessory uses .
may be permitted at the Renton Municipal Airport .
Notice
of- application for a:-permit for such facility shall
be given to the appropriate administrative agency
of the City having jurisdiction over the airport
facility.
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication,
