AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATIO14 AND TRANSFER OF FUMIDS
WHEREAS the Citv of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1981 , and
6111EREP-S it is necessary 'and .advisable to appropriate
and transfer such funds into the belowmentioned funds and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for
the public benefit , M,OW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINC'TON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer :

UNTO : Water System. Improvements/Hospital

UNTO : Sanitary Sewer nehabiiitation

SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
