AN ORDINAINCE OF THE CITY OF RENION, WASHIIJGTO-N
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND lRA-NSFER OF FUriDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton , Washington, has heretofore
received unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar Year 1981 ; and
WtiEREAS it is necessary and advisable to anpropriate
and transfer such funds into the belowmentione6 funds and such
appropriation being necessary and in the Public interest and for
the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COU 1CIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Unanticipated Revenue
Environmental Review Committee
Fees (ERC) $ 2 , 500 . 00
UNTO: Street Fund/Traffic Engineering
a/c 104/010/ 15 . 541 . 00 . 00 . 00
(Sunset/Union C' annelization Project) $ 2 , 500 . 00
S'CTION II : This Ordinance shall be efft_ctive upon its
passage , approval and five days after its publication.
