ORDINANCE NO. 3615
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
REPEALING CHAPTER 39 OF TITLE I (ADMINISTRATIVE)
OF ORDINANCE NO . 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON" AND PROVIDING
FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Chapter 39 of Title I (Administrative)
of Ordinance No . 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of
the City of Penton" is hereby repealed.
SECTION II : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the transfer of the balance of funds
as follows :
FROM: Cumulative Reserve Fund #3278
(Fund 111 , Unemployment Compensation) $36 , 188 . 87
UNTO : Unemployment Compensation Fund #608 $36 , 188 . 87
SECTION III : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage , approval and five days after its publication.
