ORDINANCE N0 . 3628
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON
ADOPTING THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR
MUNICIPAL PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION 1981 EDITION
BY REFERENCE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Standard Specifications for Municipal
Public Works Construction as issued by Washington State Chapter
American Public works Association, 1981 Edition, of which not
less than three (3) printed copies in book form have heretofore
been filed and are now on file in the office of the City and
made available for examination by the public , is hereby adopted
as the Standard Specifications for Municipal Public Works Constructi
by the City of Renton .
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage , approval and thirty days after its publication.
