ORDINANCE NO. 3638
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1982 ; and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer such funds into the belowmentioned funds and such appro-
priation being necessary and in the public interest and for the
public benefit , NOW THEREFORE ,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PENTON, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriations and
transfer :
FROM: Unanticipated Revenue - IAC Grant
and King County Forward Thrust
Program $85 , 141 . 00
UNTO : IAC Grant - Thomas Property
a/c 101/000/20. 533 . 50. 61 . 10 $74, 750. 00
King County Forward Thrust -
Thomas Property
a/c 101/000/20. 53 . $10) 391 . 00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage , approval and five days after its publication.
