BE AND THE SANE IS HEREBY VACATED.
X SECTION II : The City Council hereby elects to exchange
7 . 7 acres of unimproved roadway for 4. 5 acres of fully improved
roadway , and such exchange being reasonable and proper .
SECTION III : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage , approval and five days after its publication .
A certified copy of this Ordinance shall be filed with the
Office of Records and Elections , King County , and as otherwise
provided by law.

in Volume 14 of Plats on page 7, Records of King County, Washington; lying sou-
therly of the southerly right-of-way line of Primary State Highway No. 2 (now
known as Southwest Sunset Boulevard) as conveyed to the State of Washington by
deeds recorded under Auditor's file No. 's 2538823, 2537568, 2534519 and 2545569.
I M Together with that portion of Maple Ave. , S.W. conveyed to King County for street
C purposes under Auditor's file No. 766800; records of. King County, Washington.
EXCEPT that portion of Maple Ave. S.W. (formerly known as Rainier Blvd.) de-
scribed -as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of lot 28, Block 10
of said plat of Earlington,. thence southeasterly at right angle to the westerly
right-of-way line of said Maple Ave. S.W. a distance of 60 feet to the easterly
right-of-way line of said Maple Ave. S.W. ; thence northeasterly along said
easterly right-of-way line to the southerly right-of-way line of said S.W. Sun-
set Blvd. ; thence southwesterly along said southerly right-of-way line to the
