ORDINANCE NO . 3686
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ,
AMENDING SUBSECTION I OF SECTION 4-2006 (1) AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION Q OF SECTION 4-2006 (1) OF
TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO .
1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO MOBILE HOME PARK STANDARDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON , DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing subsection I of Section 4-2006 (1)
of Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No . 1628 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended
to read as follows :
Section 4-2006 1 . I , as amended : Lot Coverage : No
more than forty percent (40%) of any lot shall be covered by a mobile

home and enclosed accessory structures accessory structures such
as carport canopies or patio covers having less than rfifty percent
(50%) perimeter wall enclosure shall not exceed twenty percent (20%)
coverage of any lot .
SECTION II : Existing subsection Q of Section 4-2006 (1)
of Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No . 1628 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby repealed .
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and thirty days after its publication.
