ORDINANCE NO. 3699
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1982; and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer such funds into the belowmentioned funds and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for
the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriations and transfers :
APPROPRIATE FROM: Excess Revenue
1975 Water & Sewer Construction Fund --- $33, 737. 47
APPROPRIATE UNTO: 1975 Water & Sewer Construction Fund
Expenditure Budget :
a/c 415/000/15. 534. 30.65. 06 (Telemetering Upgrade) --------
65. 13 (Talbot Hill Water Sys. Imprv. ) 8,000. 00

Arterial Street Fund
(Federal Bridge Replacement Funds

APPROPRIATE UNTO: Arterial Street Fund Expenditure Budget:
a/c 102/066/00. 000. 00. 00. 00 (S.W. Grady Way Bridge project) $79,667.40
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
