PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM:
RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-1 , R-2 , R-3 and R-4) ':0
GENERAL CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G-1) (R-891-76)
WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title IV (Building I:Qgulations) of
Ordinance No . 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City
of Renton" , as amended , and the maps and reports adopted in conjunction
therewith , the property hereinbelow described has heretofore been
zoned as Residence District (R-1 , R-2 , R-3 and R-4) ; ar
WHEREAS Restrictive Covenants , recorded under Auditor ' s
File No . 7703010782 , were made a condition of rezoning under Ordinance
No . 3113 which caused the zoning to revert without further City
action upon the failure to commence construction by a date certain
which has been established and re-established to the date of February
2 , 1983 and such construction having failed to commence , NOW THEREFORE

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The following described property in ti:e City
of Renton is hereby rezoned to General Classification District (G-1)
as hereinbelow specified . The Building and Zoning Department is hereby
authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance ,
as amended, to evidence said rezoning , to-wit :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth herein .
(Said property being located east of SR-169) maple
Valley i�ighway) south of Monterey Terrace and Mt .
Olivet Cemetery and west of Bonneville Power Right
of Way)
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its pas.sa,,,�
approval and five days after publication.
