ORDINANCE NO. 3727
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR PART
TIME ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received unanticipated revenues from the Department of Immigration
Service, in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar year
1983, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate
such funds into the belowmentioned fund and such appropriation
being necessary and in the public interest and for the public
benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation:
APPROPRIATE FROM: Unanticipated Revenue/Current Fund
Revenue Account -- 000/000/342.30.00.00 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $4 ,325.00

APPROPRIATE UNTO: Current Fund/Police Animal Control

SECTION II : This Ordinance shall- be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
