ORDINANCE NO. 3736
AN ORDI14ANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER FUNDS
(.INCREASE IN ZONING STAFF)
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues for
the calendar year 1983 ; and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer such funds into the belowmentioned funds to provide for an
increase in the Zoning staff and such appropriation being necessary
and in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOG1 THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
