ORDINANCE NO. 3752
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has an unappropriated
balance in the 1975 Water & Sewer Construction Fund, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer such funds into the belowmentione.d funds and such appropriation
being necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit ,
NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Th.e .Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 10th day of October, 1983 .
