ORDINANCE NO. 3770
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AMENDING SECTION 4-2007 (1) OF ORDINANCE NO.
3746 RELATING TO INSTALLATION PERMIT RE
MOBILE HOMES .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Section 4-2007 (1) of Ordinance
No. 3746 is hereby amended as follows :
Section 4-2007 (1) , as amended:
An installation permit from the Building and Zoning
Department shall be required for installation of each mobile home
and to connect to utilities . Setbacks , lot coverage and related
requirements shall be completed and approved and issued prior to
the occupation of each mobile home. A fee of fifty dollars ($50. 00)
shall be paid at the time of application for said permit .
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and thirty (30) days after its publication.
