ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON
REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
30 , TITLE V (BUSINESS REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO .
1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO CHARGES FOR DOCUMENTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 : Existing Section 5-3001 of Title V (Business-
Regulations) of Ordinance No . 1628 entitled " Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby repealed and re-enacted
Title I
as Section 1 -4102 , , as follows :
1 -4102 CHARGES FOR INSTRUMENTS, REPORTS, CODES AND SERVICES : The
following charges are hereby established by .the City which shall be
collected for the following instruments , reports , codes and
services .
(A) Maps:
City Maps - scale 1600 ft . per inch, $1 . 00 per copy
800 ft . per inch , 2 .50 per copy
400 ft. per inch , 5 . 00 per copy
Maps Not Specifically Named .20 per sq . ft .
Zoning Maps - S-tandard Size 2. 50 each
Aerial Section Maps - Standard Size 2 .50 each .
Precinct Maps - Large Size 2 . 50 each

SECTION 2: If any section , subsection , sentence , clause , phrase
or portion of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction , such
portion shall be deemed to be a separate , distinct and independent
provision and such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions of this Ordinance..
SECTION 3 : Existing Chapter 30 , Title V (Business Regulations)
of the City Code is hereby repealed .

SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in effect upon its passage ,
approval and thirty (30) days after publication .
