ORDINANCE NO . 3787
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 1-4101 OF TITLE I (ADMINISTRATIVE)
C. . ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO
SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Section 1- 4101 of Title I (Administrative;
of Ordinance No . 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Renton" is hereby amended by adding the following :
Section 1-4101 (20)
Type of Application Fee Code Section
Shoreline Filing; Fee $ 75.00 if value less than $10,000 4-2501
$150.00 if value $10,000 but less
than $50,000.00
$200.00 if value $50,000 to $100,000
$250.00 if value more than $100,000
plus .02% of value over $100,000.00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and thirty (30) days after publication.
