ORDINANCE NO. 3793
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
r PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton transferred Real Estate Excise Tax
revenues to the Street Fund in 1983 by Resolution #2532, to provide
funding for the Heather Downs Storm Drainage project and said funds
were not expended during 1983, and
WHEREAS the Heather Downs Storm Drainage project was included
in the Capital Improvement Fund in the 1984 Budget as adopted, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer
the belowmentioned funds and such appropriation and transfer being
necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit,
NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
APPROPRIATE FROM: Street Fund/Unappropriated Fund Balance
