ORDINANCE NO . 3797
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF TITLE I (ADMINISTRATIVE)
OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO
BONDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Chapter 10 of Title I (Administrative)
of Ordinance No . 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Renton" is amended by adding the following sub-section .
Section 1-1007 : COMBINING OF BONDS UNDER SINGLE BOND :
The bonds required of the Director of Finance, the City Clerk, the
Chief of Police or other City Officers or Officials may be combined
under a single bond. The single bond must be in an amount- that is
equal to the sum of the individuals bonds which are required of those
persons to be covered by the single bond.
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage , approval and thirty days after its publication.
