ORDINANCE NO. 3799
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 4-722 OF TITLE
IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628
ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF RENTON" RELATING TO HOME OCCUPATION SIGNS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing subsection (I)2 of Section 4-722 of Title
IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended to read
as follows :
Section 4-722 (I) 2 , as amended : That there shall be no
exterior display, no exterior alteration of the property including
expansion of parking, no exterior storage of materials , and no other
external indication of a home occupation or variation from the
residential character of the premises .
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage,
approval and thirty (30) days afterP ublication.
