ORDINANCE NO. 3804
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 4-709A and 4-709B
TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE
NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF RENTON" DELETING REFERENCE TO
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE USE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing subsection (f) of Section 4-709A (B) 3
Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code
of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby deleted in its
entirety.
SECTION II : Existing subsection (f) of Section 4-709B (B) 3
Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No . . 1628 entitled "Code
of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby deleted in
its entirety.
SECTION III : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and thirty days after publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 16th day of April, 1984.
