ORDINANCE NO. 3821
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar
year 1984, from Environmental Review Committee (ERC) Fees (one-half
of traffic impact assessment fee/Gateway Apartments) to provide the
City's share of cost on Washington State Department of Transportation
(WSDOT) project for signalization of the intersection of SR 167 on/off
ramps and South 43rd Street , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate such
unanticipated revenues into the belowmentioned funds and such appro-
priation being necessary and in the public interest and for the public
benefit , NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation:
APPROPRIATE FROM: ERC Fees (Special Deposit Fund)
Capital Improvement Fund - Revenue
Revenue a/c 317/039/318.90.00.01. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $17,200.00
(ERC Fees - SR 167/S 43rd Signalization)
APPROPRIATE UNTO: Capital Improvement Fund - Expenditures
Expenditure a/c 317/039/015.541.00.67. 16 . . . . ..... . . . . . . . . . $17,200.00

SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval , and five days after its publication.
