ORDINANCE NO. 3859
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING A PORTION OF CHAPTER 41, TITLE I
(ADMINISTRATIVE) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED
."CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
'RENTON" BY DELETING SHORELINE MANAGEMENT FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing subsection (A) 9 . of Section 1-4101
of Title I (Administrative) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code
of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby repealed
in its entirety.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage and approval and thirty days after publication.
