ORDINANCE NO. 3860
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR
10 SANITARY SEWER SERVICE IN THE KENNYDALE AREA:
JONES AVE. N.E. AND N.E. 20TH ST. A14D ESTABLISHING
THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGE UPON CONNECTION TO THE
FACILITIES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: There is hereby created a sanitary sewer service special
assessment district for the Kennydale Area: Jones Ave. N.E. and N.E 20th St. ,
which area is more particularly described as follows;
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof
as if fully set forth herein.
A map of the benefited area is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION II : Persons connecting to the sanitary sewer facilities in
this Special Assessment District which properties have not been charged .or
assessed with the cost of the sanitary sewer main shall pay in addition to
the payment of the connection permit fee and in addition to the general
facility and trunk connection charge, the following additional fees:
Based on a benefit area of 15.58 acres, the following charges
result:
Area Charge = $.27926559 per square foot
For properties on Jones Ave. N.E. and N.E. 20th. St. within
the limits defined on the exhibits.

SECTION III: This Ordinance is effective upon its passage,
approval and thirty (30) days after publication.
