ORDINANCE NO. 3862
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore
received unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues for
the calendar year 1984, from Environmental Review Committee (ERC) fees;
and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary and advisable to appropriate such
unanticipated revenues into the belowmentioned fund and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for the
public benefit, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriations:
APPROPRIATE FROM: Unanticipated Revenue/Capital Improvement Fund
Environmental Review Committee (ERC) Fees
Revenue a/c . . 317/000/318.90.00.01 (ERC Fees) $31,930.20
APPROPRIATE UNTO: Capital Improvement Fund
Expenditure a/c 317/042/15.541.00.67.13 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $31,903.20
(Union Avenue NE/NE 4th/NE 2nd)
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be effective. upon its
I
passage, approval , and five days after its publication.
