CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO . 2282
• WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for
the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton has hereto-
fore been duly approved by the Hearing Examiner; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has
considered and recommended the approval of said final plat , and no
public hearing being held, and such approval being deemed proper and
advisable and in: theppublic interest, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS : •
SECTION I : The final plat heretofore submitted and
approved by the Hearing Examiner , pertaining to the following described
real estate , to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached 'hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth.
(Property located on east side of Monroe. Avenue
S .E. between S .E . 16th Place and S .E. 17th Place -
Tiffany Park No . 4 - Louis T. Sheffels)
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat , subject to the laws
and ordinances of the City of Renton , and subject to findings ,
conclusions and decision dated' May 21 , 1979 , of' the City ' s Hearing
Examiner.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 25th day of June , 1979 .

This plat of TIFFANY PARK 01V, 4 embraces that rtion
Range 5 East W.M. , in King County, Washington described asffollows� 21 , Township 23 North,
BEGINNING at the Northeasterly corner of LOT 42, BLOCK 6 in the plat of TIFFANY PARK
DIVISION 2 as recorded in Volume 92 of plats, pages 34, 35, and 36, records of said county:
thence N 65°3'/'55" E 530.95 feet to the Westerly margin of the Bonneville Transmission
Line Easement; thence S 32°04'00" E along said margin 225.49 feet to the Westerly margin
of the City of Seattle-Mercer Island Pipeline right-of-way; thence S 1°36'32" E along said
margin 1094.05 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 814.46 feet;
thence Southerly along said curve and margin through a central angle 1°50'57" an arc dis-
tance of 26:29 feet; thence leaving said margin S 86°34'54" W 411 .79 feet to the Easterly
boundary of said plat; thence Northerly along said boundary the following courses and
