CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO . '2161
WHEREAS the City of Renton has within the Equipment Rental
fund two C2) vehicles which are no longer useful for the City' s needs
and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City and the
general public to dispose of saidvehicles on the most advantageous
basis available to .the City, NOW THEREFORE
THE :CITY COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE. AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 'I The above facts and recitals are hereby found
to betrueand correct in all respects , The Purchasing Controller
of the City of .Renton is hereby authorized and directed to dispose
of the following described vehicles upon public bid call, to be
published as required by law, to-wit :
1 1969 Dodge 4-door sedan No. A-88,.
Serial No. LL41D9B261509
1 1970 Plymouth 4-door sedan - No, A-103
Serial No, PM41N0D258100
All of such vehicles are to be sold on a cash basis , without warranty
of any type, and all of said sales to be final and conclusive, The
City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waives any
irregularities in the form of the bid.
