CITY OF RENTON? WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2165
WHEREAS the City of Renton wishes to utilize the Section
312 Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program, and
WHEREAS King County has been granted authority to manage
Section 312 Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program funds, and
WHEREAS the City of Renton desires to participate with
King County in. said program, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, Do
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECT'IO'NI: The above recitals are hereby found to be
true and correct.
SECTION 'II: The City of Renton hereby declares its intention
to participate in the Section 312 Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program
and to participate with King County in said program.
SECTION III: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, an Interlocal Agreement to participate with King County
in said Section 312 Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program.
