RESOLUTION NO. 2202_
WHEREAS it necessary and advisable to transfer the
below specified funds to p'rovide .for the .settlement 'of -a
discrimination case with the Human Rights and Affairs Commission
and such transfer being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to make the following transfer:

UNTO: Current Fund/Legal Services
