RESOLUTION NO. 2205
IWHEREAS the City of Renton heretofore passed and approved
! Resolution Nos . 1616 ,iP :.aomplia.nce with Sections 5 and 6 of King County
i
Resolution No . 34569 , and
WHEREAS .the City heretofore passed and approved Resolution
PNos . . 1624 and 1754 relating to , certain Forward Thrust Arterial Improvement
Projects and the funding thereof provided and to be provided from
IForward Thrust Bond issues , and "
WHEREAS since the last mentioned Resolution certain project

f needs have been further modified and amended, and
WHEREAS Sections 5 and 6 of ,the afor.esaid 'King County
Resolution permit the City to authorize such amendments and modifications
and in order to bring all of said projects current, NOW ..THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The above recitals are hereby found to be true and
correct in all respects . City of Renton Resolutions No . 1616 , 1624 and
1754 are hereby further amended and modified so as to bring current
and up to date the projects specified in King County Resolution No .
34569, to-wit :
1 . Change Item 23 to read "SR 515 Phase II (Puget
Dr. S . to S . city limits) . "
SECTION II : All other terms and provisions of City of
Renton Resolution•.Nos . 1616, 1624 and 1754, .except as otherwise herein-
above amended and modified, shall remain in full force and effect .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 14th day of August, 1978 .
