HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 2230 1 • CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2230 WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the City of Renton has heretofore been filed with the Planning Department and it appearing that the preliminary plat has heretofore been duly approved by the Hearing Examiner after public hearing thereon as provided by law; and WHEREAS after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat and said matter having come on for review before the 'Hearing. :Examiner • at his public hearing on or about October 17 , 1978 , and the City Council having duly approved said final plat at its regular meeting on November 13 , 1978 and such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, as follows : SECTION I: ` The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the Hearing Examiner, pertaining to th'e following described real estate , to-wit: See Exhibit A attached hereto and made" a part hereof as if fully set forth (Property located approximately one-half mile east of the east end of Puget Drive, just north of the Cedar River pipeline right-of-way and directly east of Tiffany Park Divishns No. 1 and 2) . be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings conclusions and decision dated October 23 , 1978 of the City' sHearing Examiner. z a 4 • • PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this27th day of November, 1978 . . . xto peRloyqty APPROVED BY THE MAYOR this 27th day of November, 1978 .
