CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2084
WHEREAS the City of Renton heretofore entered into a certain
Agreement entitled "KING-SNOHOMISH MANPOWER CONSORTIUM INTERLOCAL
GOVERNMENT AGREEMENT" under date of August 29 , 1975 , which Agreement
is now in full force and effect , and
been
WHEREAS the City has heretofore/ requested to concur in the
amendment to said Agreement , to-wit , in paragraph 2 thereof, and
WHEREAS such amendment appears to be in proper order and is
acceptable to the City , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City of Renton hereby approves that certain
Amendment to paragraph 2 , page 2 , of Appendix 1 to the KING-SNOHOMISH
MANPOWER CONSORTIUM INTERLOCAL GOVERNMENT AGREEMENT dated August 29 ,
1975 , so that same shall read as follows :
(2 ) That all grant agreements between the Consortium
and the United States Department of Labor shall be
signed by the Chairperson of the Executive Committee
of the Consortium, who shall be the chief executive
officer of one of the members of the Consortium;
Provided that, in the absence of the Chairperson,
said grant agreements shall be signed by the Deputy
Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the Consor-
tium, who shall be the chief executive officer of one
of the members of the Consortium.
SECTION II : All other terms and provisions of Appendix 1 , except
as expressly modified hereinabove , shall remain in full force and effect.
