CITY OF RENTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2091
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : That certain REsolution No. 1987 heretofore
passed and approved by the Mayor and City Council on May 26 ,
1975 declaring certain properties as surplus , as further
described in said Resolution, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
It is hereby further determined that said property
be retained by the City as "open space" until otherwise determined
by the City Council.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 14tleay of February , 1977 .
