CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2117
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore made
application for certain Federal Aid Grant projects, and
WHEREAS the implementation of said projects requires the execu-
tion of certain documents relating thereto concerning the allocation and
expenditure of Federal Aid Funding including FAM Funds, Section 203 Funds,
Section 205 Funds and Section 230 Funds, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Renton,
Washington, are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver unto
appropriate governmental agencies any and all documents relating to the
allocation and expenditure of Federal-Aid Funding including the following
project descriptions, to-wit:
Shattuck Ave. Phase I Improvement
Bronson Way North and South Improvement
South Puget Drive/Benson Road South Signalization
Duvall Ave. NE/NE Sunset Blvd. Signalization
Sunset Blvd./Langston Road Signalization
North 3rd Street Railroad Crossing Signalization
Miscellaneous Roadway Paint-Marking Project
SECTION II: The City Clerk is hereby authorized to certify this
Resolution in sufficient copies and furnish same to the appropriate govern-
mental agencies.
