CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2146
WHEREAS the City of Renton has previously established a
bail schedule for parking violations, and
WHEREAS the number and definitions ': of parking violations
has recently been amended and expanded, and
WHEREAS it would be in the best interest of the City to
establish a new parking schedule for parking violations, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I: The above recitals are hereby found to be true
and correct .
SECTION II: The bail schedule for parking violations attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved and adopted in all respects .
PASSED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL this 21st day of November, 1977.

BAIL SCHEDULE FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS: Bail , as designated
within Column "A" , must be paid or postmarked within seven
(7) calendar days of the date on which the parking citation
was issued. Failure to post bail within the seven (7) day
limit is a separate violation requiring the payment of bail
requiring the payment of bail in accordance with Column "B" .
