CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2149
WHEREAS a petition, for the approval of a final plat
for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter
more particularly described, located within the City of Renton
has heretofore been filed with the Planning Department and it
appearing that the preliminary plat has heretofore been duly
approved by the Hearing Examiner after public hearing thereon
as provided by law; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Hearing Examiner
has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat
and said matter having come on for review before the Hearing
Examiner at his public hearing on or about October 25 , 1977 and
the City Council having duly approved said final plat at its
regular meeting on November 28 , 1977 , and such approval being
deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest,. NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, as follows :
SECTION I The final plat heretofore submitted and
approved by the Hearing Examiner, pertaining to the following
described real estate, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
(Property located at ne corner of Monroe Avenue N.E. a N..E, 10th St.)
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to
the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to
the findings , conclusions and decision dated October 27 , 1977 of
the City' s Hearing Examiner.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this28thday of November,. 1977 .

West half of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township
23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington; EXCEPT
the South 30 feet for road conveyed to City of Renton by deed
recorded under Auditor's File No. 4677834; AND EXCEPT the East
30 feet included in the plat of Mapes First Addition, According
to the plat recorded in Volume 60 of plats, page 7, in King County,
Washington; AND EXCEPT the west 30 feet lying within Monroe
Avenue N.E. ; ALSO
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Mapes First Addition, according to the
plat recorded in Volume 60 of plats, page 7, in King County,
