HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 2150 ) ' r a 4 J CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO , 2150' WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore prepared a certain "1978 City of Renton Housing a Community Develop- ment Program" , and WHEREAS public hearings were held on this matter in the City Council Chambers of the City of Renton on November 28 and December 5 , 1976 , after due notice thereof was published as required by law, and all persons having been heard thereon and the City Council having duly considered said Program in its entirety, and WHEREAS it has been duly determined that the adoptinn of such Program would be in the best interest of the City of Renton and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, as follows : SECTION I ; The above recitals and findings are hereby found to be true and correct in all respects , SECTION II : . That certain "1978 City of Renton Housing 8 Community Development Program" ,a true copy of which is attached hereto , labeled Exhibit "A" , and made a part hereof as if fully set forth is hereby adopted and confirmed in all respects as. the "1978 City of Renton Housing 8 Community Development Program" . SECTION III : Should anyof. the Needs projects as listed in Exhibit "A" be not funded, then they should be dropped from the listing and not considered for funding as "Population" projects „ SECTION IV • The City Clerk is hereby authorizedto certify this Resolution in sufficient copies and furnish same to the appro- priate governmental agencies.
