CITY. OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO . 2n32
WHEREAS it is necessary and in the public interest for
the Firemen' s Pension Fund to continue the leasing of a Safe
Deposit Box at Peoples National Bank, Renton Branch, for the
purpose of safeguarding securities and other valuables held by
said Firemen's Pension Fund, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City of Renton Firemen' s Pension Fund is
heathy authorized and directed to continue the leasing of such safe
deposit box for the purpose of safeguarding and retaining securities
and other valuables held by or under the control of said Fund.
The following officials of the City of Renton are hereby
authorized and directed to have access to such safe deposit box,
whilein the performance of their duties , and said persons shall duly
execute the necessary signature cards for the .purpose of access
thereto, to-ca;

SECTION II : A certified copy of this Resolution shall
be forwarded by the City Clerk to the Peoples National Bank, Renton
Branch.
