CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2047
WHEREAS the City heretofore passed and approved Resolution
No. 1955 under date of January 20 , 1975 , providing for the method,
financing and timing of certain public improvements , including repair
of sidewalks , curbs and gutters , and
WHEREAS said Resolution provides for the Public Works
Department to determine , upon application for such project , the time
and method of accomplishing same, and
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to designate the Public Works
Director as the responsible public official to make such determination,
NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Public Works Director is hereby designated
as the responsible public official, acting on behalf of the Public
Works Department , to determine the time , method and payment , as set
forth in Resolution No. 1955 for the repair, replacement and/or
reconstruction of any sidewalks , curbs and gutters .
SECTION II : Except as modified hereinabove , Resolution No.
1955 shall remain in full force and effect.
