CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2059
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for
the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more parti-
cularly described, located within the City of Renton has heretofore
been presented to and filed with the City Council and the City Planning
Commission and it appearing that the preliminary plat has heretofore
been duly approved by the Planning Commission after public hearing
thereon as provided by law; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning Commission
has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat and
said matter having come on for review before the Planning Commission
of the City of Renton at its public hearing on or about July 14 , 1976 ,
and the City Council having duly approved said final plat at its
regular meeting on July 26 , 1976 , and such approval being deemed
proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, as follows :
SECTION I : The final plat heretofore submitted and
approved by the Planning Commission, pertaining to the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Isle and Lake ADdition No . 2 , a replat of portions
of Tracts 84 and 85 , C . D. Hillman' s Lake Washington
Garden of Eden Division No .2 , Section 32 , Township
24 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , King County, Washington
That portion of Tracts 84 8 85 of C . D. Hillman' s Lake
Washington Garden of Eden, Division No . 2 as per plat
recorded in Volume 11, page 64 of plats , records of
King County, Washingto.n, described as follows :
Commencing at the southeast corner of Tract 84 ; thence
S . 89026148" W . 465 . 00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence N 0033 ' 12" W 203 . 92 feet ; thence S 89017' 15" W to
the easterly margin of Lake Washington Boulevard North;
thence southwesterly along said margin to a point from
which the true point of beginning bears N 89026 ' 48" E . ;
61W thence to the point of beginning
(Said property being locate3 on the north side of N. 38th
Street between Lake Washington Blvd. aad Park Ave . N. )

be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the
laws and ordinances of the City of Renton.
