CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2070
WHEREAS , the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore made
application for certain Federal and State Aid Grant Projects ; and
WHEREAS , the implementation of said projects requires the
execution of certain documents relating thereto, including the alloca-
tion and expenditure of Public Works Employment Act funding (Title II) ;
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Renton,
Washington, are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver
unto the appropriate governmental agency any and all documents relating
to the allocation and expenditure of Title II funds (Local Public Works
Employment Act, Anti-Recession Program -- PL 94-369 , Section 205) for
programs to maintain basic governmental services .
SECTION II : The City Clerk is hereby authorized to certify
this Resolution in sufficient copies and furnish same to the appropriate
governmental agencies .
