CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 1994
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECTUION
OF AN AMENDATORY CONTRACT FOR WATER AND/OR SEWER
FACILITIES BY AND BETWEEN. THE CITY OF RENTON AND THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PROJECT WS-WASH-129.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF RENTON,.
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
Section I : The pending proposed Amendatory Contract for
Water and/or Sewer Facilities No. ,H-992=561=14.;_ Amendment No. 1,
is hereipy in all respects approved.
Section II: The Mayor of the City. of .Renton, Washington
is hereby authorized and directed to execute. Amendatory Contract No.
H-992-561-14, Amendment No. 1, and is herebyauthorized to sign
requisitions for funds in accordance with said Agreement, and the
City Clerk of the City of Renton is hereby authorized and directed
to impress and attest the official seal of the Applicant on each such
counterpart and to forward such counterparts to the Department of
Housing and Urban Development, for execution on behalf of the
Government together with such other documents relative to the approval
and execution of such counterparts as may be required by. the Government.
