CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2012.
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat
for the subdivision of a certain tractof land as hereinafter
more particularly described, located within the City of Renton
has heretofore been presented to and filed with the City Council
and the City Planning Commission and it appearing that the pre-
liminary plat has heretofore .been duly approved by the Planning
Commission after public hearing thereon as provided by law; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning Commission
has considered',and recommended the approval of said final plat
and said matter having come on for review before the Planning
Commission of the City of Renton at .its public hearing on or
about November. 26 , 1975 , and the City Council having duly approved
said final plat at its regular meeting on December 8, 1975 , and
such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public
interest, NOW THEREFORE.
BE .IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY. OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, as follows :
SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and
approved-by the Planning Commission, pertaining to the following
descrbed real estate,. to-wit:
Isle and Lake. Addition No.. 1
(A replat of portions Tracts 84 C `85 C. D.
Hillman' s Lake Washington Garden of Eden.
Division No. 2 , Section 32, Township 24
North, Range 5 East W.M. , King County,
Washington) and described as follows :
That portion of Tracts 84 8 85 of C. D. Hillman' s.
Lake. Washington Garden of Eden: Division No. 2 , as
per plat recorded in Volume 11 ; Page 64 of Plats ,
records of King County, Wshington, described as
follows : Beginning at thesoutheast corner of
Tract 84 ; thence S 89°26' 4.8" West 465. 00 feet;
thence N .0° 33' 12"W 202. 49 .feet.;.. thence N 89° 7 ' 15"E.
466. 99 feet;. thence South 205. 16 feet to the point
of beginning. ;
