CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 1887
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the
remaining balance in the City' s Cedar River M 8 I Fund unto the
City Street Fund , and latter fund to thereafter assume the
responsibility for maintaining and improving said river as required
by law, and such transfer being in the public interest and for the
public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to make the following transfer :
FROM: CEDAR RIVER M 8 I FUND : $30 ,489 . 13
UNTO : STREET FUND $30 ,489 .13
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 7th day of January , 1974 .
