CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 1890
WHEREAS the City of Renton has a certain piece of personal
property as hereinafter described, and same being of no further use
and benefit to the City or any of its depar Lments , and there being
no foreseeable requirement for said equipment in the future , and
WHEREAS it is in the public interest to dispose of said equipment
as hereinafter set forth, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : It is hereby found and determined that the following
personal property owned by the City of Renton is no longer needed
for any public use or purpose and thereiis no foreseeable requirement
or need therefor, and the following described item is hereby
determined to be surplus , to-wit :
That certain Type F, 19 Circuit Traffic Controller
Serial No. 8095 Model #2TTF112E1
The Cityls purchasing agent is authorized and directed to dispose
of said unit of equipment , by negotiation, unto the City of Auburn ,
a municipal corporation, at a price to be not less than the fair
market appraisal of said item. Any such sale shall be on a cash basis .
SECTION II : Said equipment is to be sold in its "as is"
condition, without any warranty, express or implied.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 21st day of January, 1974 .
